I’m half black and my black friend’s black mom fully thought I was either white or mixed white and mexican😭 She was SHOCKED😂 To be fair as a 2yo people would speak spanish to me in stores and I’d speak spanish back so it makes sense lol

I love the everyday type of vlogs 🩵 Just last year I found the first curl cream that works for my hair. its called “evoo liquid rollers curl balm”. I add some argan oil with it sometimes. You might be able to get a free sample at a salon, or purchase it for $5 before splurging on the big bottle. I only use a small amount anyways. Worth a try! Im prone to itchy scalp so I cant use most of the products curly girls recommend. My hair also gets weighed down easily. Its been a long journey 😮‍💨

My first session was a group of 15 or so people. It was extremely hardcore and intense. The instructor was aggressive with us to breathe as deeply as humanly possible through our wide open mouths into our pelvic area for over an hour. Afterwards I felt extremely grounded & relaxed. The experience was positive by most participiants. The type of breathwork we did is called bioenergetics and it is extermely powerful.
